Dawna Campbell is the Executive Account Administrator with 11 years of experience in real estate and title. She plays a vital role in the company’s financial operations—disbursing checks, ensuring everyone gets paid accurately and on time, managing all accounting functions, and reconciling both bank and escrow accounts. Dawna is also the point person for financial compliance, overseeing audits and maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards. Known for her clear and effective communication with both clients and internal teams, she is a trusted and essential partner in every transaction. Dawna is the backbone of the company’s financial integrity. Outside of work, she proudly wears the title of “Super Grandma,” bringing the same dedication and heart to her family life as she does to her profession.

Felix Krynicky is the CEO of the company, bringing over 28 years of real estate experience spanning sales, leadership, and strategic growth. As the lead visionary, Felix is driven by a growth-minded philosophy and a deep commitment to building a people-first culture where every individual—client, partner, or team member—truly matters. He believes that success starts with relationships and is dedicated to expanding the business while nurturing a caring, positive environment. Katelyn Petrovic is a Settlement Officer in the closing department, where she plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy and clarity throughout the final stages of each transaction. With a sharp eye for detail, Katelyn meticulously reviews and verifies all financials—confirming that numbers, fees, and commissions are correct and clearly communicated to clients and real estate agents alike. Katelyn also prepares all necessary documentation and handles check disbursements with precision and care.
